I am a CFO and operating executive who helps public, private-equity-backed, and founder-led companies improve cash generation, finance growth, execute transactions, and build the financial infrastructure required for the next stage of value creation.
My career spans public-company finance, capital markets, M&A, restructuring, consumer products, distribution, manufacturing, ecommerce, logistics, and cybersecurity. I have served as CFO, CEO, division president, and strategic operator—giving me a practical view of finance as a driver of commercial execution, operational discipline, and enterprise value.
